In the up coming months I’ll be setting up a mixture of short courses over 3-6 weeks as well as weekly yoga and social fitness.


 

Intro to Lifting.

6 week course - dates TBC

Two hours every weekend, in a private gym environment.

Each week will deal with understanding a specific lift ( squat, deadlift , row, bench etc ), education around it, its purpose, pre requisites, and importantly understanding proper form for you. Education is followed by practice. and the session is finished with a workout based around what you’ve learned.

Each week you’ll also be given a free week of programming to take away and work on to secure your education


Yogay

An open level Vinyasa flow class, designed to get the body moving and the mind relaxing. Incorporating, strength, core work and full body flexibility followed by the all important lie down.

Class will also be followed up with an optional drink in a local LGBTQ venue.

Yogi bears

A class designed for those with bigger bodies who perhaps feel underserved or unwelcome in standard gym classes, and yet are curious about the benefits of yoga.

Yoga for all

In this advanced series you’ll determine your weight class and learn how to properly do a deadlift, squat, and bench press.
