Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes, for individuals or groups.
I have 3 years’ worth of experience on both sides of the fitness fence - a novice scared to enter the weights area, to a fully trained personal trainer who uses weights regularly in their own training. From someone who found it too painful due to my body mass to run, to someone who has completed 20k and 10k mud runs.
