It all started when…
After a history of crippling depression and anxiety and being morbidly obese most of my life, I lost 11 stone. I came to work in the fitness industry in what I thought was segue to a masters. 4 years later, I’ve come to realise I much prefer working with people being able to help them overcome hurdles and achieve there goals.
I’ve been through it, I’ve seen both sides. I understand what these challenges feel like and more importantly I know what needs to be done to overcome them in a healthy, long-term manner.
